Temi Marcella Olatunde is a global investor, institution builder, and capital allocator with experience deploying more than US$1 billion across technology, healthcare, financial services, energy, and infrastructure. She invests in and helps build the companies, platforms, and institutions that drive innovation, economic transformation, and long-term value creation across global markets.
Over the course of her career, Temi has worked at the intersection of capital, growth, and institution building. She was Regional Lead for TPG Capital and The Rise Fund’s US$1 billion Evercare Health Fund, where she helped build and scale a multi-country healthcare platform serving more than four million patients annually across Africa and South Asia. She was also a founding executive and board member of Evercare Hospital Lekki, helping establish one of the region’s leading healthcare institutions.
Prior to TPG, Temi was a Director at a global private equity platform managing more than US$14 billion in assets, where she led investments across regional and thematic strategies. Alongside her institutional investing activities, she has been an active technology investor, backing founders through venture funds and direct investments spanning software, artificial intelligence, fintech, and digital health. She began her career at Goldman Sachs International, where she worked across technology investing and capital markets.
Beyond investing, Temi advises governments, sovereign institutions and business leaders on, investment strategy, and long-term growth. She has served on boards, investment committees, and advisory bodies including the University of Cambridge, the Equality Fund, and Save the Children International.
Temi holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a First Class Honours MA in Economics from Christ’s College, University of Cambridge, where she was a Matriculation Scholar.
